Who Are We Looking For?

Truebeauty Forever is seeking licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists to provide full time eyelash extension services at our Kaysville & Layton salon. Candidates must possess a Utah State Board Esthetician or Cosmetologist License and be skilled in Classic Lashes. Those that are certified and experienced in volume eyelash extensions are preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for those without volume experience.

Job Duties and Requirements Include:

• Apply beautiful lash extensions for our amazing clients!
• Provide clients with superior customer service.
• Ensure work areas are clean, disinfected and set up for each procedure.
• Consult with Clients regarding treatments, services, and product recommendations.
• Perform additional services including: Waxing, Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, and Tints.

Qualifications:

• Excellent work ethic including strong organizational skills, outstanding customer service and critical thinking.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance.

Additional Information

Full or Part-time position available, no weekends or holidays. Our lash artists are employees, not booth rent or contractors. Compensation includes: Hourly wage, commission, bonuses/spiffs & tips. Total compensation for our Lash Artists is $20-$27+ per hour. Opportunities for Profit Sharing and advancement into management positions available as we continue to expand throughout Utah.
