The Landscaper will support our mission by proactively maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests at Belmont Park.

What will you do:

• Always provides exceptional service to the park, teammates, and our guests.
• Check and repair irrigation valves, timers, and associated landscape equipment
• Rake flower beds and planted areas free of debris, leaves, and trash
• Prune plants, shrubs, and landscaping on property
• Water and maintain all landscaping on property.
• Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces.

• Maintain established schedule as requested and provide feedback to improve schedule efficiency
• Erect scaffolding as needed
• Clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials from area being washed
• Carry out company biosecurity and safety procedures.
• Other manual duties as directed.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Keep tools and equipment in good repair

What are the requirements?

• Able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• May work early mornings, as early as 6:00 am and as late at 1:00 am.
• Will carry a radio and must be willing to conform to company policies and grooming standards.
• Able to stand/walk up to eight hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to move equipment which would include pushing, pulling, stooping and shoving.
• Able to work outdoors.
• Able to work in a noisy environment.
• Must have bi-manual dexterity.
