Description of Position: Landscape Foreman will lead a crew of team members and oversee assigned installation jobs ensuring that all work performed is done to the highest standard, on time, and to budget. Qualified applicants will have a passion for landscaping, excellent customer service as well as leadership and team working skills.

Specific Responsibilities include the following:

• Direct and work with crew members to complete projects. Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects. Be able to professionally talk with customers as needed and understand each phase of the installation to explain any questions a client may have. Recommend modifications based on field conditions, client requests, and/or supply issues. . Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews. Perform general landscape maintenance including planting and transplanting.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

• Must possess strong leadership skills with crew and ability to communicate effectively with management and clients to meet deadlines. Must be able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions. Must be able to lift more than 80 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers. Must possess a valid Utah driver’s license and good driving record

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Desired but not required 1-3 years’ experience managing crew members on landscape installations. Knowledge of installing/trouble shooting sprinkler systems is preferred. Plant identification and care knowledge. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, power tools, and other specialized equipment.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
