We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Land Manager to join our Finance industry team. As a Permanent Land Manager, you will be responsible for managing land and title issues related to energy and renewable energy projects. You will work closely with our internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in land management or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage land and title issues related to energy and renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Work with external stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and contractors, to facilitate project development.
• Conduct site visits to assess land and title issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Negotiate land lease agreements and other contracts related to project development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the energy and renewable energy industry.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to land management and renewable energy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, energy management, or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of energy and renewable energy projects, including solar and other renewables.
• Experience with land title issues and regulations related to energy and renewable energy projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for site visits and project development.
