Job description

Include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Assists in the repair and maintenance of sewer lines and system, including picking up bricks, barrel blocks, mixing of cement, lifting and moving frames and covers, etc. for work to be completed on the job site.

• Digs ditches, cleans lines and may operate mechanical equipment and drive trucks occasionally.

• Respond to emergency call backs on a rotating list within the department, these times will occur outside of the typical working hours, including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maybe required to be available for snow and ice operations. Which may include operating a plow truck in the winter months including a CDL Licensed truck, or maybe assigned to the sidewalk snow removal crew.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $676.68 - $698.52 per week

• Pawtucket, RI 02861: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• snow plowing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Training (Preferred)
• Flagger Certification (Preferred)
• CDL (Required)
