About the role:
We have a vacancy for a full time Laboratory Service Centre Assistant based at our main laboratory, 1 Mabledon Place.
This is a customer service role based in a call centre environment. Candidates will need to present excellent customer service skills to provide service requirements for TDL clients (externally and internally) and also to patients. The ideal candidate will have a science background in education and customer service experience. The candidate will need to be flexible in shift times as the team cover Monday to Saturday 7pm to 11pm as well as overtime on Sunday's and bank holidays. A daily shift will include telephone and admin tasks.
