Since 1992, Alicat Scientific has manufactured custom mass flow and pressure instrumentation designed to assist our customers with the advancement of scientific discoveries and technological development. Our instruments perform in a variety of applications including atmospheric sampling, leak checking, gas chromatography, and everything in between!

An ideal candidate will be dependable, focused, and have a good work ethic. They should have a passion for science and technology while always wanting to excel and grow in their field. This is for a second Shift, 2pm-10:30pm, Monday - Friday, with weekends off!

Responsibilities:

• Help maintain accurate inventory.
• Identify and help implement inventory improvements.
• Help organize and adjust inventory shelving and placement to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain the cleanliness and effectiveness of inventory areas.
• Solve inventory discrepancies by working with Alicat systems and personnel.
• Create and maintain Inventory locations for new product as they arrive.
• Collect and Distribute kits.
• Process Non-Conforming Materials
• Communicate with all personnel to assure accurate distribution.
• Ensure devices are properly packaged to limit damage in transit.
• Create packing lists commercial invoices for international shipping.
• Communicate with shipping manager if issues arise.

Requirements:

• Competency in all tasks related to the duties and responsibilities detailed above.
• Aptitude in learning new skills.
• Ability to critically review data.
• Ability to navigate Tablets.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Have the ability to work alone and be self-sufficient.
• Be able to solve problems.
• Accurately maintain shelves of collected and distributed inventory
• Ensures orders are packaged correctly to minimize damage.
• Be able to be a team player, and work on their own when necessary.
• Ability to work on your feet most of your shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs semi-regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.25 per hour
