We are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The Kitchen Manager will also be expected to plan menus, order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure that all kitchen staff are properly trained. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain inventory of food and supplies.
• Monitor food costs and adjust menu items accordingly.
• Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menus.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
• Experience with Toast POS system a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
