Myers Building Products Specialists, a Division of US LBM, Is Seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer for their Hanover, PA Location!

Wage: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM

How you will spend your day as a Kitchen and Bath Designer:

• Assists kitchen outside sales representatives with 20/20 design & quote presentations.
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups.
• Initiates telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Coordinates purchase and delivery of special products. Obtains information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.
• Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
• Creates sales tickets.
• Maintains kitchen showroom, keeping displays clean and samples up to date.
• Researches credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Complies with company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned by location management.

Kitchen and Bath Designer Requirements:

• Minimum Experience. 1 year in building material industry with knowledge of product.
• Special Skills. Ability to operate computer, calculator and cash register. Knowledge of 20/20 design software.
• Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills. (Required).
• Education. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Physical Demands. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a random basis. Bending, stooping, or sitting for long periods of time.
• Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others.
• Excellence. Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match.
