Responsibilities

•

This position leads by example and reinforces our customer service standards with the team, representing SOLSTICE’s core values and selling culture to create an outstanding store experience

•

Includes all Selling Specialist duties, as well as:

•

Assist with training and supervision of staff to develop and maintain store selling, customer service skills and product knowledge; coach and guide Selling Specialists and peers

•

Stay up to date with Corporate communication; ensure the store team is kept informed

•

Self-motivated/takes initiative to ensure all operational functions are being completed accurately and timely; delegate, direct and prioritize tasks, as needed

•

When the Store Manager is not present, communicate as needed with the store’s District Manager (DM) and Regional Manager (RM)
