Summary
The Kering Americas organization supports ~5,000 employees belonging to 10 different European luxury houses, located across 5 countries in North & South America.

The Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for maturing the region’s practices in designing, implementing, governing, and managing new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices, including broad and incentive-based compensation projects. This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
  • Ensuring plan designs are aligned with business strategy, company objectives and Group’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Develops project roadmap for compensation initiatives, aligned to priorities of Brand stakeholders
  • Leads projects in regional compensation roadmap, including evaluation of job architectures, development of pay policies and structures, salary survey participation, and incentive plans
  • Regularly analyzes competitive practice in market(s) of responsibility
  • Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
  • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
  • Manages program compliance and regulatory considerations
  • Develops and deploys compensation communication and education plans to support talent acquisition, talent management, and annual end of year compensation processes
  • Partner closely with various internal stakeholders including compensation COE counterparts, local market leaders, human resources, HR Shared Services, finance/tax, legal, and procurement.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related field and 6+ years of progressively responsible positions in compensation, preferably some exposure to international benefits programs and administration.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
  • Understanding of general HR principles and policies
  • Ability to lead project teams from the design to the implementation stage
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and Shared Service environment a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
