Hunter Animal Hospital is seeking a kennel assistant to join our amazing team.
Our hospital offers full service, comprehensive medical care, routine and advanced surgical procedures and dental care for dogs and cats. We are the neighborhood animal hospital for the residents of West Valley City, Magna, Kearns, Taylorsville, West Jordan, Murray and other parts of the West Salt Lake Valley.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include:
Clean and disinfecting cat/dog cages and runs. Changing bedding in kennels. Hospitals laundry. Surgical instrument cleaning and sterilizing, provide cleaning for patients and facility. Taking out all hospitals trash, sweeping and mopping. Changing mop buckets, and other cleaning tasks.
Must be at least 16 years or older, and have reliable transportation. Equal Opportunity employer. Background and Drug Screen may apply.

Additional Information
Schedule:
We are open Monday - Friday 8am -5:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am - 12:30pm. We are closed Sundays. There are no on call shifts. We are looking for someone who can work in the afternoons M-F 2:30pm-5:30pm
