Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman is an international consumer protection law firm with a mission to help clients pursue justice for any wrongdoings or damages caused by the wrongful actions of large corporations. We are looking for a Jr. Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help us manage our Salesforce org. The ideal candidate will have basic system administrator skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the team. The Jr. Salesforce Administrator will work amongst a team of other Salesforce Admins who report to the VP of Global Operations.

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred, relative experience will be considered
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce, preferably in an administrator or support role
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus
  • Strong data management skills, with experience in data imports, exports, and updates
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

What you’ll work on:

  • Create and manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Maintain data quality through data imports, exports, and updates
  • Monitor and maintain the health of the Salesforce org, including managing custom objects, fields, and page layouts
  • Provide first-line support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce usage
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to help drive business insights
  • Assist in managing integrations with third-party tools, including FormAssembly, Formstack, and others
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and enhancements, and work with the team to implement new features and functionality

Salary: $55,000-65,000
