SS&C Eze partners with more than 2,000 buy-and-sell-side institutions in 30 countries across North and South America, EMEA, and the Asia Pacific. Opportunity
SS&C Eze (Eze) is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join the Client Service team in its London office (currently travel is 4-6x a month). As part of the Engagement function, the Project Management team operate as an internal project management office sharing knowledge and best practices, whilst also leading varied and exciting high-profile client projects including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and programmes.
We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of relatable experience. Successful candidates will be highly driven, have an excellent intuition around project team dynamics, and have the highest standards around the client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage multiple concurrent client-facing design/build/test projects with teams of 2-10+ technical staff
  • Contribute to process improvement and team initiatives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, systems, and client business
  • Effectively communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop your project management toolkit: present to the team regularly, knowledge share, identify and act upon opportunities to become an SME
  • Manage project-related escalations effectively, appropriately engage more senior team members and proactively seek resolution to project-related problems

  • Able to concisely communicate to broad audiences around project, business, and technical topics to varying depth

  • Has a degree of comfort with the unknown and is proactive in making it knowable
  • Thirst for knowledge and desire to learn, naturally curious
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment with occasional non-sociable hours
  • Able to see the wider picture and contribute to a continually evolving business
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a relatable field
  • A demonstrable interest in project management
  • Optional: Relevant work experience, certification pursuit, university club membership, extracurricular hobbies
