Position Summary:

The Junior Digital Product Owner works with functional business leadership to design, maintain and enhance our existing digital tools. They will work with the larger DOVER ecosystem in the execution of PSG initiatives surrounding digital tools, the customer experience, and marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team in designing and supporting our digital tools, including our ecommerce platform.
• Building and maintaining the development backlog for the Customer Experience and Digital Market Tools.
• Assist in planning and prioritization of development backlog.
• Participate in end-user education and training following digital tool enhancement deployment.
• Assists in the designing and process mapping for Salesforce Lead and Opportunity Management.
• Document and communicate activities around PSG’s digital tools.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Enrollment in Bachelor Degree (STEM, Business, Marketing, Communication, etc) or equivalent program.
• Previous experience preferred.

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

This role is a in person role, located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
