Junior Account Manager - ILoveLeasing.com
Spherexx is searching for an individual to provide excellent customer service as a Junior Account Manager. We LOVE English majors! Successful candidates will support our ILoveLeasing.com team and our users in various functions as outlined below. Entry-Level (no experience) salary starts at $17 per hour.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Quality control and auditing
- Calling clients, verifying information and making updates to the ILoveLeasing.com application
- Data entry & testing software 3rd party integrations
- Focus on strong customer service skills via phone and written communication
- Research in the multi-housing industry
- Answering calls from existing clients and general customer service
- Reviewing reports & helping clients understand how to use that data
- Providing demos & training sessions including managing attendees & reminders
Qualifications and Skills
- Highly organized individual with consistent follow through
- 65 WPM with 90% accuracy is a minimum requirement
- Excellent written & oral communication expertise -English majors are encouraged to apply!
- Solid data entry/keyboard skills
- Computer & internet knowledge & experience is preferred
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to memorize protocols and procedures
- Exhibit creative problem solving
- Maintain a positive attitude with clients and coworkers
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and personalities
- Ability to understand and manage client expectations
- Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
