Job Description: Field Supervisor
Classification: Hourly
Reports To: Operations Manager for Day Porter Division
Salary: $23-$25 per hour DOE
Lot Management Field Supervisors are the on-site eyes and ears for our property management partners. Field Supervisors report directly to the Operations Manager for Day Porter Division.

The incumbent will receive a company vehicle, and gas card in order to visit each site throughout the LA area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain the quality of our services and ensure we meet the standards detailed in our specifications and outlined in our contracts.
- Ensure our success on each property, acting as a conduit of information regarding general maintenance and liability issues.
- Train staff to perform duties safely and in alignment with company safety policies and practices.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Perform related work as assigned and assist with the daily cleaning of the site or location.
- Assist operations manager with hiring, scheduling, and training.
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned Day Porters.
- Fills shift/site vacancies as needed.
- Responsible for managing employees and minimizing overtime.
- Ensures that equipment and supplies are maintained in a safe, operable/usable condition.
- Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate and proper supply levels are on-hand and accounted for.
- Attends and participates in all operations meetings.
- Ensures the proper use and care of assigned and/or issued company vehicles, supplies, and equipment.
- Performs other job-related assignments as required that may be scheduled or unscheduled and may involve performance beyond normal shift hours including requests regarding unlocking of doors, accepting deliveries, tending to tenants’ needs, etc.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 2+ years of hands-on supervisory experience in housekeeping / janitorial management REQUIRED.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish/English REQUIRED.
- Valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record REQUIRED.
- Comprehensive understanding of maintaining a safe working environment.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Motivation to do a good job when working alone.
- Attention to detail and use of reasonable judgment.
- A polished, professional, put-together demeanor.
- Ability to use technological devices and computers (i.e., smartphone, tablet, computer).
- Oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
Physical Demands and Requirements:
Regularly drive in a car for long periods of time. Ability to physically show employees how to complete the essential functions of their job. Ability to use a tablet, computer, and smartphone.
