• Issue Resolution, problem support, and liaison with business users.
• Implement, and integrate JDE technologies and processes into business operations with the goal of using technology to improve operations or efficiency.
• Meet and coordinate with functional department leaders to develop solutions to business problems understanding the nature of the problem for resolution.
• Expert in working with integrating JDE with other third-party systems.
• Understand and manage JDE security, caching, UDCs, and menus.
• Establish and support Master Data Management practices that will support the work on data planning, strategy to be owned functional areas.
• Design and develop JDE solutions using JDE E1 Orchestrator.
• Work with internal application development team to support JDE integrations to company developed applications.
• Analyze, design, modify and create JDE reports/applications.
• Establishes and maintains contact with JDE / Oracle support and external CNC provider for problem and issue resolution.
• Write technical specifications based on functional specifications and prepare / review test scripts and test cases.
• Create versions, set processing options, menus.
• Work efficiently with Databases, SQL, Data extracts.
• Active participate in JDE conferences and user groups.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with broad and deep understanding of ERP business processes.
• Working experience in JDE support projects from requirement analysis to JDE

reports/objects delivery.

• Experience providing application and interface support for JDE applications for ERP functional areas (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Order Management, Quality Management, Inventory, Master Data Management, etc.).
• Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator.
• Skilled at performing system analysis, design, configuration, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of JD Edwards applications.
• Experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, design, and technical skills.
• Ability to process information and extract information to enhance the systems.
• Demonstrate complex problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve any issues.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven success contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Periodic travel to all Steel King locations.Education/Experience Required
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne features, integrations, implementations, and related tools.
