STORExpress is a self-storage company seeking to hire for the position:
Janitor Light Maintenance

5 Day a week position(s) Available at our Turtle Creek Location

We are looking for someone with:

Basic Janitorial Cleaning.
Light maintenance abilities (light bulb changing, handy man skills, replace latch/lock, paint touch ups, door handle replacement)

Landscaping ability- landscaping, mulching, weed killing.

Snow Removal sidewalks (salting with spreader, snow blower )( sidewalks only )

Friendly
Creates a positive environment with customers when interacting with them
Can take direction well
Communicate with Manager

Requirements:
Must have valid DL
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS

We are looking to fill the position immediately, we have two to three openings for this property please forward your resume or you can stop into the store to fill out an application.

Schedule 35 - 40 Hours weekly (flexible schedule to work with you )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
