Carmichael PostAcute Care is a skilled nursing facility. Our primary function is to offer continuous nursing, medical, and other health and social services on a 24-hour basis, under physician directed care and RN supervision.

We focus on providing care for patients who are not in the acute phase of illness or requiring services in a hospital and who require primary, restorative, or skilled nursing services on an inpatient or custodial care basis. Our goal is to help our patients reach a degree of self-care in essential daily living.

What We’re Looking For:

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas. What You'll Do:

• Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC system, lighting and indoor climate control as necessary.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years janitorial experience.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Capacity to take direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
