Key Purpose

The IWMS Administrator is a member of a small team that supports all accounts and end users within our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) known as FMS for their respective region. He/She/They provides customer focused solutions across facility management information systems. The IWMS Administrator may interact with potential and existing customers to explain and demonstrate information systems capabilities as well as resolving any customer complaints. He/She/They must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively to effectively discuss issues and negotiate with others, team with peers, and deliver service within policies and procedures to those both in and outside the organization.

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required
  • Collaborate with regional account teams
  • Report to the Senior Manager of FMS
  • Promote the IFS model within the ISS community
  • Transfer best practice
  • Use the business to promote and further develop ISS

Key Accountabilities

  • Setup & configuration of reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, user accounts, contracts, and all other required portfolio & contract data (organization, location, SLAs, workgroups, etc.) in alignment with our Blueprint and Transformation data requirements
  • Create ticket escalations as needed and drive them to completion
  • Perform regular system audits to maintain data integrity
  • Training new end users in FMS@ISS, FieldFlex and Tableau
  • Working with our operators to continuously improve on the system and how we use it
  • Testing operations reports to ensure data is accurately reflected
  • Testing upgrades prior to production implementation
  • Support the regional account teams with the delivery, development, and management of the facility management suite of information systems or FMS@ISS
  • Transform the business through expert knowledge and understanding of FMS@ISS
  • Manage existing business by delivering FMS@ISS support
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are handled professionally, appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Carry out company and customer goals, policies, and procedures
  • Ensures Facility Management Systems are properly operated
  • Ensures all processes are well documented in our process framework
  • Recognize, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues

Ideal Candidate Experience

  • 2+ years of CMMS, IWMS and/or database administration experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, or with equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Tririga & Tableau preferred
  • Demonstrates strong skills in communication, decision-making, teamwork, and problem solving
  • Business insight and able to translate business requirements into solutions
  • Fluency in English language, Spanish language fluency helpful

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Sitting at a computer for long periods of time, at least 90% of the time
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
  • Some travel possible
