Job description

Metro Infusion Center (affiliated with Metro Infectious Disease Consultants is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to work every other weekend at the clinic located in Lake in the Hills, IL.

Schedule: Every other weekend - 26 weekends a year that includes 2 holidays (plus the holiday weekend)

Specific Duties:

• Peripheral line placement
• Vitals
• Electronic charting via Cerner
• Supervise and administer intravenous infusions with possible clinic evaluation of new patients
• Travel may be required between local offices.

Requirements:

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in an infusion related setting
• INFUSION EXPERIENCE
• Chemo experience is preferred, but not required
• COVID-19 Vaccination (with booster if second vaccination has surpassed the 6-month timeframe OR able to provide a documented case of COVID upon employment)

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
