• Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Management of the web application developers team that design, maintain, update, and enhance functionality of our web application.
  • Help to ensure data accuracy, content, and optimal performance, up-time, and security of web applications.
  • Partner with the business to lead design web application initiatives and review of requirements.
  • Develop and execute project plans
  • Establish scope & target dates
  • Facilitate & lead project meetings
  • Provide ongoing communication to upper management on project status and business stakeholders.
  • Responsible for performance management and coaching, talent selection, retention, training, and development of team.
  • Ensures the team meets project goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • The person hired for this position will work out of the Lakeland, FL office which offers a hybrid work environment of 2 days in the office and 3 days work from home.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, problem solving, & organizational skills
• Experience managing a development team and leading projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Angular 9 or higher is required
• TypeScript, Java, API development is a plus
• Jira, BitBucket, Jenkins, Adobe XD, and UX design knowledge a plus

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 4 to 5 years of related experience, including 1 to 2 years of management. This position is a good fit for an individual who enjoys building & developing team members while having the opportunity to influence the direction of our web development for the company.
