Responsibilities:

  • Triage, prioritize and quickly resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshooting with hardware and peripherals
  • Provide front line onsite or remote support to hardware users
  • Create documentation and training materials as it relates to system configuration and processes
  • Assume additional duties and responsibilities

Job requirements

  • At least three 3-5+ years of experience providing onsite or help desk desktop/laptop support
  • Self-sufficient, determine when additional support is needed
  • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and think outside the box
  • Desktop/laptop support experience
  • Microsoft Windows 7-10, Microsoft Office 2016
  • LAN/WAN experience
  • Understand and experienced with virtualized environments
  • Experience with Crystal Reports (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • SQL Management Studio with experience in queries, triggers, stored jobs (preferred)
  • Experience with QL Reporting Services (preferred)
  • Experience with 3CX hosted PBX (preferred)
  • Experience with MaaS360 or equivalent mobile device management platform (preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
