POSITION MISSION

Provide leadership and management for the New Store Opening (NSO) process through cross-departmental facilitation and IT deliverables ownership, helping ensure in the timely and successful openings of new Bagel Brands locations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES

¤ Identify tasks and dependencies associated to New Store Openings (NSOs)

¤ Develop and maintain NSO projects plans/schedules

¤ Directly manage IT vendor deliverables

¤ Communicate timelines and expectations to IT vendors and internal business departments

¤ Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and check-in meetings

¤ Follow-up with task-assigned resources to ensure timely completion

¤ Identify and eliminate project blockers

¤ Anticipate and mitigate timeline risks

¤ Deliver project status updates for team members and management

¤ Track IT budget for NSOs

¤ Additional duties as assigned

¤ Ability to travel as required

EDUCATION – TRAINING – EXPERIENCE

Required:

¤ Minimum three years leading projects

¤ Experience in project management tools & methodology

¤ High proficiency in Excel

Desired:

¤ Experience in retail support

¤ Experience MS Project

Compensation Range:
Annual Salary: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 (depending on experience and location)
