Citizens State Bank is looking for a highly motivated employee, with a passion for five-star customer service, to fill an IT Network & Security Administrator position in our La Crosse location. This individual will be responsible for managing network and server infrastructure. Additional tasks include assisting staff with their IT requests. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally as the Bank continues to grow.

Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, work well independently, and possess strong attention to detail. Position involves all levels of support for 7 locations and 100+ users related to IT and security functions of the organization. Experience working with: Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019, Windows 10, Office 365 Administration, VOIP, VLANS, and Virtualization is a must. Basic understanding of the financial industry and SharePoint Administration is a plus but not required. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of technology experience supporting networking and servers or 3 years of experience along with a bachelor’s degree in an applicable Information Technology Field.
