Job description

Cisive is a global provider of compliance-driven human capital management and risk management solutions. The company’s core onboarding and pre-employment background screening offering provides clients with a streamlined, high quality, and regulatory compliant solution. Comprehensive services include background screening, vendor/contractor screening, executive screening, drug testing, fingerprinting, paperless onboarding, and electronic Form I-9/E-Verify solutions. Cisive is a growing global organization, and we continue to make significant advances in the employment screening industry. We are always looking for the right talent to join us on our journey into a very exciting future.

Cisive is seeking a talented and experienced Client Migration Program Manager to oversee and manage the migration of our healthcare customers from our legacy healthcare platform (Oasis) to our newer platform (Cisive Exchange).

As the Program Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of implementation specialists and project managers who will directly engage our customers. Some consultative work with our customers can be expected, but this will largely be handled by your team and kept to a minimum for smaller customers. Effectively, customers will be transitioned from one platform to another at parity with existing functionality and features.

The Program Manager must plan the entire migration from end to end, starting with the initial customer communications and ending with obtaining customer feedback after the migration, and everything in between. We aim to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction as clients migrate.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who is motivated to deliver technology solutions to business practices using problem-solving tactics. In this high visibility role, the Client Migration Program Manager will deliver results by demonstrating a high degree of collaboration with internal team members and external clients, place emphasis on the client experience, and drive project deadlines to completion.

* This position is fully remote with occasional travel as need.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Lead and supervise a team of implementation specialists and project managers
  • Create and manage a strategic, thorough migration project plan.
  • Ownership of the full migration lifecycle, starting with initial customer communication, and obtaining customer feedback during and following project completion. The goal is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with several functional groups within Cisive including IT, Finance, Compliance, Customer Service, Product Management and Operations.
  • Act as the overall migration project manager by coordinating and directing the activities of several internal departments at Cisive. (This position will not directly manage staff in these functional areas however, the role will also be responsible for their contributions.)
  • Coordinate with the Polaris Program Manager and sync activities between the technical aspects of that project and the customer migration.
  • Produce and modify existing materials for client consumption, including training materials.
  • Provide regular reporting to the executive team with updates on progress against project milestones, identified issues, customer sentiment and any identified risks to the success of the project.

Education & Required Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of software development project management experience with at least one year of software configuration and testing experience.
  • Prior and applied experience successfully managing clients from one platform to another.
  • Prior experience leading team members to project completion.
  • Prior experience in the background screening industry preferred but not required.
  • Experience in managing platform migrations as a result of mergers and acquisitions preferred but not required.

Required Skills:

  • An interest in software development project management and learning new technologies
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills
  • Demonstrated soft skills necessary to motivate, engage and steer both team members and clients by practicing patience, professionalism and positivity.

Key Attributes:

Consultative and inclusive approach, deliberate and adaptable communication, strategic-minded, holistic consideration, and viewpoints.
