We provide more than 2,500 individuals with educational tools and resources to build strong families, promote healthy residents, and foster neighborhood revitalization. Our Price Hill Family Centers provide a welcoming environment and the coaching, support, and flexibility to assist families to achieve their identified goals toward stabilization and self-sufficiency. Santa Maria’s IT Team provides technical solutions to business needs and functions. The IT Team maximizes value and the employee experience by enhancing communications, collaboration, and the flow of information in an efficient manner. We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) IT Coordinator to help support our mission. The position pays $22.40 per hour.

Position Overview: The IT Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of agency IT resources. This includes interaction with all aspects of agency operations from senior management to individual front-line staff, clients, and external entities.

Position Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT networking and system administration. Experience maintaining and administering Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office applications, and Microsoft 365. Experience with configuration and monitoring of TCP/IP Ethernet networking equipment such as switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls. Familiarity with IT asset management systems, helpdesk ticketing systems, and security monitoring systems. Familiarity with security and compliance requirements such as PCI, HIPAA, FERPA, and GLBA. A strong understanding of both legacy and emerging technologies including mobile platforms and cloud services. Great written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation of agency IT architecture, standards, and procedures. Familiarity with wired wireless network security concepts. Experience maintaining and administering VOIP telephony systems. Applicants must also possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
