Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks, as well as experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks
Installing and configuring software and hardware
Managing user accounts and access controls
Ensuring security of data and network access
Providing technical support to users
Keeping inventory of equipment and software
Managing backups and disaster recovery procedures
Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
Staying up to date with industry developments and implementing new technologies as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience as an IT administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Experience with network administration and security
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong project management and planning skills
