Job description
Our company is in need of a Conscientious, detail-oriented and responsible Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and will make sure that the corporate office is fully complying with its own ISO procedures, laws and regulations. The Compliance Officer will also monitor the compliance of our representatives in the field to ensure they are presenting our company in a positive way and are following our ethical policies.
Responsibilities:
- Create policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead ISO auditor.
- Audit processes of each department.
- Help shipping locations stay on schedule with our cycle count plan.
- Help shipping move inventory among our locations per th elocations mins and max levels.
- Identify and correct problems that could affect product quality and safety.
- Determine what changes are needed to ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
- Report product safety concerns to the appropriate party.
