Green Oasis is one of western Wisconsin and the Eastern Twin Cities Metro's premier full-service lawn care, irrigation, landscape, and outdoor maintenance companies. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to develop a career in the irrigation field. Irrigation Crew Members will become the backbone of our Irrigation Installation Team. A well-qualified applicant will possess the following traits and skills:

• General irrigation installation and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to learn how to read, understand, and implement irrigation designs, drawings and plans.
• General hands-on experience and aptitude to learn how to properly install mainline, controllers, valves, rotors, sprays, rain sensors, pumps, etc.
• Operational experience with skid loaders, truck with trailer, bed edger, sod cutter, vibrating plate compactor, vibratory plow, and other landscaping/irrigation specific tools and equipment.
• Basic mechanical and small engine aptitude and/or repair experience.
• Must be able to work with a crew of 2-5 team members.
• Familiar with snow removal and equipment.
• Punctual and reliable with availability to work seasonal hours, which may require long days based on production schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation: $20-30/hr based on experience

$1,000 sign on bonus to qualified candidates.
