Job Summary/Description:

Investigative reporter must be an organized researcher who can work on multiple projects dealing with wrongdoing that has a significant impact on citizens of Kansas. Investigations must not be deadline driven and must be researched and fact checked before airing. Reporter must make a decision not to publish when the evidence doesn't warrant a story.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Researching multiple stories warranting investigative reporting.
• Ability to do live reporting.
• Willing to closely coordinate with the News Director and Managing Editor on story selection.
• Must have patience to wait until credible evidence warrants publication.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• College Degree preferred and must have video of on-air work as a TV reporter.
