salary: $18 - $19 per hour

work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

Our inventory warehouse coordinator is responsible for:

• Monitor product inventories and perform cycle counts
• Track progress of loads and review factors that affect schedules
• Daily entering of data and compiling/completing time-sensitive reports
• Check drivers in & out throughout day, print BOL’s and outbound details.
• Obtain shipper’s releases number, destination, and trailer number.
• Assign doors to drivers.
• Provide customer service at all times to customers and visitors

The position requires to work 12 hours shifts and work on weekends

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends

Skills

• Inventory Auditing (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Cycle Counting (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Customer Service (2 years of experience is preferred)
• Computer Skills
• Materials Management
• Stock Management
