TekBrands is currently seeking an Inventory Control Clerk, who is an analytical thinker and effective problem solver. This position is located at the warehouse located across from the State Penitentiary in Lincoln Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries and shipments.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Performing quality checks.
• Reporting discrepancies in inventory.
• Receive shipments for all four (4) TekBrands subsidiaries.
• Inventory contents and prepare for shipping to manufacturing facility.
• Receive shipments from vendors.
• Assign daily tasks to Work Release employee.
• Train cornhusker state employees on products and procedures.
• This position will be required to complete Correction Officer training.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• 2+ year of warehouse experience
• 1+ year experience in a similar role
• Experience working with inventory management software.
• Product and inventory management certification a plus.
• Supervisory skills

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
