Job description

Quality Enclosures, Inc., the premier manufacturer of Shower Enclosures and other flat glass products in the northeast, is looking for an Inventory Warehouse Assistant with good computer skills. The primary responsibilities include:

• Accurately enter data into systems
• Receive and store incoming inventory following established processes and procedures
• Ship orders as necessary
• Assist with inventory counts of stock items
• Review of work list report for parts received daily
• Update back order log daily
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of parts rooms/warehouse
• Occasionally pick-up ordered items from local vendors
• Consistently communicate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely shipments
• Unload trucks and receive deliveries
• Able to drive a HiLo a plus.

General hours will be 8am – 5pm

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Good Computer Skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
• Understanding and some experience with the primary job responsibilities listed above
• Attention to detail
• Dedication to the job
• Eagerness to assist co-workers and customers
