Emerald Heating & Cooling of Depew, NY is looking to hire a full-time Inventory and Warehouse Specialist to represent our company while going into our client’s homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems. Pay

• $18.00-$24.00/hr
• Starting pay is based on experience

Responsibilities

As an Inventory Specialist / Warehouse Worker, you ensure that all of the materials and equipment needed for the jobs scheduled for the next day are ready to go. You're responsible for all supplies that leave the shop, so you ensure that they have been properly reported. You find great satisfaction in helping our technicians have what they need to be successful!

You order, receive and put away stock orders, maintain the shop, deliver parts, replenish bins, load and unload vans, and pull truck stock. Each quarter, you participate in inventory counts for both our main warehouse and for our trucks. Your efforts keep our warehouse supplied and ensure all of our documentation is up to date. As needed, you even identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements. You know that you are appreciated at Emerald Heating & Cooling because our warehouse wouldn't run without you!

• 
  3-5+ years experience of purchasing, shipping, and receiving (preferred)
• Knowledge in Computer/software applications
• Must have Organizational skill
• Vendor communication experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Word
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
