JOB QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Our business is our people! This role requires a business minded professional that understands how important people are to our work system and company. As the Inventory Analyst and Office Assistant your understanding of relationships and effective communication will work in favor of cohesively aligning our people toward all company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing and auditing compliance of store level inventory and ordering processes
  • Analyze on hand inventory to assist in supporting the business to identify and manage expiring inventory
  • Manage and monitor retail and backbar supply inventory count activities to ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify, research, and resolve inventory variance between the physical quantities and those in the system
  • Oversee PO approval process to ensure compliance within defined purchasing policy guidelines for inventory and other clinic level purchases
  • Ensure all clinic level purchases, invoices, and returns are properly coded and communicated to the accounting team, ensuring clear communication and accurate booking of clinic level purchases on our financial statements
  • Communicate with District Leaders and the VP of Operations if there is a variance to inventory and clinic level ordering policies and procedures
  • Research to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in processes or implement new systems
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc requests
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis models that track inventory and average costs
  • Provide compliance and other reporting to leadership on inventory and ordering
  • Complete the monthly close with the accounting team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams in accounting, operations and other support functions
  • Assist the field organization with scoping facilities maintenance projects and sourcing repair and maintenance vendors
  • Work with Marketing to support ordering needs for field and community events
  • Provide support to store level teams to drive together as one team toward company goals and creating an engaged and mutually supportive environment
  • Process and distribute mail electronically with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism to appropriate people and departments
  • Work with Marketing, IT, Operations and HR to support company events and meetings hosted at the corporate office to include electronic invites, food and rental planning for Vendor and Employee meetings
  • Manage marketing and operations ordering for company promotional items and event specific printing needs (signs, flyers, etc)

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 Years inventory control experience preferred
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Detailed oriented and depth of knowledge with Microsoft 365 platform and QuickBooks
  • Passion for support of the customer, our employees
  • Flexible, proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a desire to be a detailed and efficient
  • Entrepreneurial nature with enthusiasm for growth and comfort with uncertainty
  • Ability to perform under time pressure and manage to short, critical deadlines
  • Lifelong learning mentality
  • This position is overtime eligible and will require some overtime

Cambridge Spa Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package that is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
