Team Karl Malone is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with their questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all the newest vehicles on the market and schedule test drives for your customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound services
• Handle all incoming internet email and phone leads
• Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Provide prompt relay of messages and inquiries intended for other sales personnel and departments

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
