Integrated Care Support: Market Developer (Portland Metro, Eugene, or Salem, OR)

The Integrated Care Support: Market Developer is responsible for coordinating care between Bright Psych, Brightways, and their community partners. They will manage the ongoing communication and administrative needs as a liaison between Primary Care Providers and Brightways groups.

This role will act as a liaison to provide our community partners in-person support and develop on-going referrals.

Integrated Care Responsibilities:

  • Liaison responsibilities to community partners includes overseeing referral generation (Rapid Access), engagement, and closed-loop referrals
  • Provide Right Now Response to community partners (Right Now Response is Monday through Friday 7am – 7pm: texts returned immediately)
  • Provide immediate support to PCP’s, BHC’S, and our community partners
  • (Rapid Access) Ensure that every referral hears from a Scheduling Specialist or yourself within twenty-four (24) hours of the referral
  • Ensure the client(s) and PCP offices know the appointment time or when they may expect to confirm their appointment time
  • (Integrated Coordination) Provide consistent contact with community partners for building and maintaining relationships and updates on closed-loop referrals
  • Overseeing documentation of care is being provided to community partners
  • Maintain and create key community relationships

Market Developer Responsibilities:

  • Marketing the services of the company to generate referrals and grow our community partnerships
  • Prospecting and provide customer service through analyzing demographics, prices, processes, and services
  • Develop strategic expansion plans to provide services into new territories
  • Meet with existing partners to confirm goals and strategies being successfully delivered
  • Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, competitors, partners, and marketing experts
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, and new treatments
  • Maintain reports that analyze competition data and client needs
  • Prioritize timing of new market growth to maintain scalability and sustainability
  • Provide yearly strategic forecasting on annual market growth

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to HIPAA privacy standards and regulations
  • Support the vision, mission, and values of the organization in all respects
  • Provide and maintains a safe environment for co-workers and clients
  • Conduct themselves with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Support the organization’s efforts to create and maintain a trauma-informed care culture and utilize non-violent communication when navigating disagreements and conflict
  • Act ethically and appropriately and cooperating fully with all organizational efforts to increase the well-being of the clients of our community partners
  • May perform additional duties of similar complexity within the organization, as required or assigned
  • Participates in meetings and trainings as required

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years Marketing or Sales experience expected; medical or Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years management or supervisor experience expected

  • Maintain confidentiality requirements regarding patients
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with the public, and to remain calm under stress
  • Bilingual and multilingual skills are a plus, Spanish preferred
  • Performance metrics measured on response time and availability

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
