We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intake process for new patients, including verifying insurance information and collecting patient demographic data. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a passion for providing quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document patient information.
• Assess patient needs and determine eligibility for services.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health care topics.
• Refer patients to appropriate primary care providers.
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and referrals.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Follow up with patients to ensure that their needs are being met.

Qualifications:

Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent. Customer service experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
