As a Healthcare Customer Service Agent for Foundever, you will provide support to customers right from the safety, comfort, and convenience of your own home. You'll shine as a Customer Service Representative assisting customers for a variety of clients with inbound calls only- no cold calling.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Navigation skills (the ability to speak on the phone while using a computer)
  • Logic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the financial services, healthcare or technology industries preferred, but not required
