As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell and market our insurance products to new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Salary Range: $54600.00 - $74600.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, social media, networking, and other lead sources.
- Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Interested in a sales career, sales experience is a plus.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to successfully pass a background check required for licensing. No felonies.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
