In-Office Position
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources
- Schedule appointments to meet prospective customers
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to inquiries, solicit further sales, and assist in resolving issues for clients
- Maintain sales quotas as determined by management
Requirements
- Minnesota Property & Casualty license
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Work well with other staff as a team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- 1+ years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
