Insurance Brokerage CSAR / Account Executive
Location: West Islip NY
Salary $55-70,000+ Benefits
Our client, A well-known and respected property and casualty Brokerage that employs 16 professionals requires an additional customer service representative, who is licensed, organized, well spoken, internet savvy and able to explain coverage
Requirements
- Active NY P&C license
- Minimum 2 years supporting middle market and some VIP clients
- Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems
- Ability to negotiate with underwriters and navigate carrier websites
- Prior experience quoting binding and issuing policies via carrier portals
- Good communication skills
- Team player with track record of working cooperatively to achieve objectives
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing client needs
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC or AMS 360 is a plus navigating carrier websites is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
