• Each school district with a Junior ROTC program shall provide the State Department of Education with a list of the names of those individuals who have completed an official armed forces training program to qualify as Junior ROTC instructors in high schools.

• Each school district with a Junior ROTC program shall provide the State Department of Education with a notarized copy of their certificate(s) of completion.

• Authorization Letter. Upon receiving the above items, the State Department of Education shall issue a letter authorizing these individuals as Junior ROTC instructors.
