We are looking for an Instructional Designer to plan, design, develop, and deliver learning and development curriculum, programs and materials for our N.A Corporate professionals. Most of our learning and development for this audience is leadership development and onboarding programs. You will be responsible for the training, documentation, support, ongoing success and learning needs analysis. Identifying learning gaps and opportunities; You will be the Learning & Development point person displaying the passion, involvement, engagement and commitment to professional's development.

You Will
  • Design, develop and implement instructional materials and curriculum for employee development.
  • Facilitates learning using variety of platforms.
  • Creating and coordinating learning programs.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) in course design, curriculum development and material creation.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis for our internal clients.
  • Creating a variety of learning events based on clear measurable objectives.
  • Track and analyze training programs by examining performance.
  • LMS administration and reporting.
  • Lead small to medium scale projects.
  • Participate in evaluating training courses effectiveness.
  • Develops communication or marketing plans for learning offerings.
  • Researches learning industry trends, methodologies and best practices

You Have
  • A college degree or relevant experience in instructional design, course development and facilitation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate Learning & Development department.
  • Extensive knowledge of multi-media interactive authoring software including Captivate, Creative Suite, Storyline, Rise, Flash or related software, highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of how to use Learning design systems such as Rise, Articulate, Story Line, etc.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to develop, organize, and produce assigned projects within time-lines and provide project management.
  • Graphic Design skills - infographics, templates, presentations, creative projects and related work.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with business partners, stakeholders and SME's to develop and deliver learning solutions.
  • Experience in facilitation and leading trainings.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Emotionally intelligent - ability to listen and build relationships and trust with business partners. Strategic mindset for working with corporate leaders.
  • Flexible and agile - ability to manage change management well.
