Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Inspection and Electrical Coordinator who will be based in our Corporate office located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This position will report directly to our Chief executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the software to import designs from plans
• Manage the placard machine and engrave information regarding houses, panels
• Utilize the cutting machine to cut the placards after they are finished printing to place on customer main service panels
• Assist in printing stickers for during the placard making as it can be time consuming
• Communicate closely with the inspections and permitting department
• The production expectation for this role is to print and cut 18 placards per day
• Communicate effectively with City companies
• Build folders for internal Inspection and Electrical Technicians
• Track folders/job cards and provide status updates to the teams leadership
• Build rapport with all internal solar departments, field operations, internal Inspectors, and city/county utility companies
• Schedule and manage Inspectors calendars if needed
• Must be able to identify low to high priority task
• Coordinate with Field Manager on calendar availability
• Confirm Site Survey appointments with Customers
• Schedule and confirm inspection appointments with homeowners
• Schedule and route Field Inspectors and Correction specialist to various projects
• Provide needed documentation for appointments
• Communicate effectively with Design team with completed reports
• Pull a variety of reports
• Coordinate calendars with Field Operations
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule additional appointments
• Review Site Survey reports and provide Titanium Partners with needed information
• Additional duties assigned as needed

Compensation: $18-23/hr

Job Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
