Role Description

• The Insights Analyst role is an entry-level position, ideal for a recent graduate to be part of team that is charged with uncovering insights to drive the Abbott Brand strategy of becoming a Trusted Household Name

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Identify and analyze potential growth opportunities for the Abbott Brand – new target audiences, media channels, partnerships, etc., and deliver a point of view on recommended actions
• Create and deliver engaging quarterly learning/foresight immersions for Global GMEA (incl. Senior Staff) tailored to pinpoint growth opportunities for the Abbott Brand
• Build a cross-Abbott Insights Foundry ensuring GMEA and Abbott divisions can more effectively house, search for and share research/insights learnings; drive a scalable solution and realize cost avoidance opportunities enterprise-wide
• Become a subject-matter expert in the design of qualitative and quantitative market research; be a business-partner to GMEA functions in research design and execution
• Manage agency relations ensuring high quality engagement, coupled with best-in-class research outputs, that guide and inform Brand strategy

Qualifications & Skills

• A related (preferably science) degree.
• Analytics acumen: ability to analyze and interpret mass data from multiple sources
• Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups
• Knowledgeable in Excel, PowerPoint, DOMO (data platform)
