Reporting to the Sales Coordinator or Vice President Sales & Marketing, this position will track and pursue job leads within the Sales Department as well as interacting with other departments through various communications.

Essential Duties:

• Sells and actively seeks future work through lead generating systems
• Supports active and prospective accounts via office, providing timely responses
• Supports Account Managers with project and customer leads, follow up information and customerservice, through developing and maintaining relationships, and utilizing project lead services
• Maintenance of bidding and project tracking computer system
• Partners with the Estimating Department to provide pricing to customer.
• Coordinates pricing efforts for target projects
• Partners with Product Sales Operations to execute sales quotes/orders
• Supports sales / marketing programs
• Supports Account Managers with various requests
• Supports special projects

Required Knowledge:

• Construction background preferred
• Sales and/or marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office

• Exposure to reasonable noise levels
• Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma / Graduate
• Preferred candidate will have:
• Minimum 1 years of related experience in construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

PAY:

The hourly wage range for candidates is $18 to $22. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. Traffic Management, Inc. is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions in other states.
