We are currently seeking a Service Insides Sales Representative to join our team in Wood Dale, Illinois. This is a fantastic opportunity as a launch pad within Videojet, as this position regularly works with other key personnel within our Service, Sales, and Finance teams.

Your responsibilities as a Service Insides Sales Representative at Videojet, include:

  • Create and follow up (capture and verify payment) on service contract proposals (renewals and new contracts)
  • Assist with any customer requests for contract modification
  • Support our field teams in providing customer data, proposals, and other requests to help grow revenue
  • Achieve service metrics based on retention and growth
  • Provide our customers with best-in-class customer experience by addressing questions and concerns and showing value for all service products

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • High School degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Problem-solving competence with explaining technical solutions and applications
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com), data integrity, and MS office applications, and Oracle applications
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
